什么是海关联盟

海关联盟，俄文 Таможенный союз（TC） 根据俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦三国在2010年10月18日签署的协议《关于哈萨克斯坦共和国、白俄罗斯共和国以及俄联邦技术规范的共同准则和规则》关税同盟委员会致力于制定保证产品安全的统一标准和要求，一种认证，三国通用，由此形成了俄白哈海关联盟CU-TR认证。统一标志为EAC认证。

为什么需要海关联盟认证

海关联盟CU-TR认证是证明该产品符合海关联盟技术法规的唯一证明，将取代原来的GOST认证，是制造商打开并进入俄罗斯等独联体国家市场的护照，而进口商对于拥有CU-TR认证证书的产品会非常重视，自然会优先考虑。

海关联盟认证证书的分类

根据产品的特点以及风险程度的不同，海关联盟认证的证书分为海关联盟认证符合性证书COC和海关联盟认证符合性声明DOC

 每个海关联盟认证技术规范指令都明确规定了符合性证书COC和符合性声明DOC的实施范围，需根据申请产品的情况进行相应的判断。

The Certificate of Conformity of the Custom Union (TR CU Certification)

The certificate of the Custom Union (TR CU Certificate) allows the distribution of goods within the Customs Union without restriction. The negotiated accepted standards of the Certificate enable a streamlined process to take place. These certificates are valid within the Custom Union countries which are Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia. They have general rules for the minimum product quality, required documents, and are in full force within the territory of any of these three countries.
